Outdoors the reception area takes up to 175 guests under a tent. The rental brings a venue day coordinator, early vendor access for set-up, Grand Hall tables and chairs, 100 white reception chairs, The Blu Bar with two bartenders, a scenic fire pit with string lights, a granite seating area under bistro lights, a hammock lounge, a recreation area, ADA bathrooms and parking for 60 cars, plus dressing rooms for the couple and two barn lodging rooms for the wedding party. A one-day event runs 10:00 a.m. to midnight and costs $8,500 from May through October or $5,500 off peak. The One Night Barn Stay hands you the property from Saturday 9 a.m. to Sunday 11 a.m. with lodging for 8, and the Grand Hall for a welcome reception, rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch at no extra charge, for $9,500 peak or $6,500 off peak. The lodge is handicap accessible and pet friendly, and you bring your own caterer — ours or your own.
