Inn at Pleasant Lake sits on five lush acres along the northern shore of Pleasant Lake in New London, New Hampshire, surrounded by green forests and rolling hills. Built in 1790 and welcoming guests since the 1860s, the Inn holds ten guest rooms, the lakefront Oak Room chophouse, a cozy parlor, expansive greens and a historic English gable barn raised in 1789. Weddings run from two-person elopements to celebrations of 300 on the Field, with ceremonies at the Wedding Arbor overlooking the lake and receptions under a tent on the Green, in the barn or in the Oak Room. Every package includes a two-night stay in the bridal suite, your choice of ceremony location and coordination of the day, and all food and drink comes from the Inn's own kitchen — regionally inspired, farm-to-table, drawn from the onsite herb gardens and fruit trees.

Taxes & fees: A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit equal to your base package price plus 50% of your guest room costs reserve the date, with the balance due 30 days before the event. Rescheduling, which is possible up to 180 days before your date and subject to availability, carries a 15% administrative fee; cancelling forfeits all deposits paid. Where we are billed directly for tent, furniture, equipment and china, a taxable 15% administrative fee is added to your master bill, and a 15% service fee is added to the cost of all outside rentals. Outdoor weddings need rentals and a comfort station, and events over 80 guests must rent a restroom trailer. Outside alcohol consumed onsite carries a $1,500 fee. The prevailing New Hampshire State tax rate is not published.
