Longlook is a 200-acre private retreat in Sanbornton, New Hampshire, rented only as a long weekend — four days of exclusive use from Thursday morning through Sunday at 3:00 pm. Rolling farm land, pastures, meadows, a fishing pond, stone walls and hiking trails surround the property, and Mount Kearsarge fills the horizon behind the meadow-side ceremony site. The newly renovated Chase Barn holds the dinner barn and party barn under one roof for up to 175 guests, with a 100-foot deck across its front, and the Adirondack-styled Carriage House Bar and stone cocktail patio sit between the ceremony meadow and the barn. Forty of your closest people stay on site for three nights, twenty in the Grand Lodge and twenty in the ten luxury glamping tents of The Highlands. Pets are welcome to roam the whole weekend.

Taxes & fees: The lodging fee of $15,000 is mandatory alongside the venue fee, covering three nights for up to 40 guests: $10,500 for the ten glamping tents at $350 per tent per night and $4,500 for the Grand Lodge at $75 per person per night. New Hampshire lodging tax of 8.5% applies to all lodging. Most couples pass some or all of the lodging cost on to the guests staying over; since third-party payment is not accepted, those guests pay you directly and you forward it as your balance due before the wedding.
