Timber Hill Farm in Gilford, New Hampshire, is an authentic working family farm, established in 1784, that hosts only one wedding a week. The Howe Barn, a posts-free timber-frame hammer-beam barn built by the Howe family from pine milled on the property, sits on a private ledge surrounded by woods, and its sliding front doors open to patios and views across Lake Winnipesaukee to Mt. Washington. From the end of May through October, the $15,000 weekend for up to 180 guests includes day-of coordination, farm-made tables, mahogany Chiavari chairs, an arbor, the Sugar House bridal suite, a luxury restroom trailer, golf cart service, a bonfire and clean-up. Couples bring their own caterer, and meals include as much of the farm's own produce and meat as possible.
