For outdoor ceremonies, in the event of inclement weather, a final decision on whether to proceed with the plan B option must be made no later than two hours prior to the start time. If the couple chooses to remain in the garden and it begins to rain, the staff will immediately implement the plan B option. Under the Tent is available as an alternate ceremony location centered in front of the dancefloor.
