Private grounds, lawns, and fountains or ponds, often sold at one all-inclusive price. These are the venues most likely to give you the whole place, so check that it means the whole property for the whole day, not one lawn for six hours.
Working ranches and open land, usually the most flexible about how you plan the day. Check what the price includes, what you'll need to bring in, where guests park, and how they get out after dark.
