Wedding Weekend site fee, varying by month. Includes property exclusivity from Friday 2:00 PM to Sunday 11:00 AM, a complimentary two-night stay for the couple in the Eagle's Nest, a day-of coordinator, all on-site event tables, chairs, dinnerware, flatware, glassware and ivory linens, scheduled Village event times, a tasting for the couple plus four guests, and spa vouchers for overnight guests. It does not include food, bar, or taxes and fees.
Food and beverage is à la carte from the reception menus and bar packages; this evaluates at the stated $85.00 per person food and beverage minimum, which is the floor rather than a fixed rate.
Taxes & fees: All food and beverage prices are subject to a 6% sales tax and a 22% production fee. The 22% production fee covers food tasting, administrative aspects, telephone conversations, email correspondence, setup and cleanup, and minor wear and tear to the facility. Both fees are applied to the final food and beverage invoices for rehearsal and reception dinners.
