The property
A historic 1936 vocational high school repurposed as a multi-use creative building and event venue. Wedding spaces include a rooftop terrace, an auditorium with stage and theater seating, a gymnasium with hardwood floors and basketball hoops, and an 8th-floor restaurant.
The venue blends historic Art Deco architecture with raw industrial character.
The West Gym features original hardwood basketball courts, exposed brick walls, string lights, and disco balls. The Auditorium retains its original theater seating, blue velvet stage curtain, and balcony. The 7 West Terrace is an open-air rooftop with brick parapets and city views. Irwin's Restaurant on the 8th floor has a warm, eclectic feel with vintage furniture, exposed pipes, chandeliers, and colorful seating. Throughout the building, peeling paint, industrial windows, and original tile work create a distinctive backdrop.

The 7 West Terrace rooftop offers sweeping panoramic views of the Philadelphia skyline. The 8th floor Irwin's terrace also provides elevated city views. The building's prominent Art Deco exterior is itself an architectural feature.

Music curfew
Music until 11pm
Music must end no later than 11 PM due to a neighborhood noise ordinance. A $1,000 fine is applied if music goes past 11 PM. Bands are allowed in both the Gym and on the 8th Floor. Bok Wed representatives must be consulted for speaker placement and decibel checks throughout the event. In the gym, a dance floor is required and is provided as part of the venue rental. Stiletto shoes are discouraged on the gym floor.

For The Bok Special package, the ceremony is held on the 7 West Terrace with the Auditorium serving as the rain plan. Cocktail hour is on the 7 West Terrace with the West Gym as the rain plan. The reception is held indoors in the West Gym regardless of weather.
