Built in 1761, The Bird & Bottle Inn is a historic Dutch Colonial inn in Garrison, NY, in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Originally known as Warren's Tavern, the property pre-dates the American Revolution and was once home to Emily Warren Roebling, the construction supervisor of the Brooklyn Bridge. Restored and reopened in April 2022, the inn offers complete exclusivity for wedding weekends with lush garden ceremonies alongside Indian Brook, a tented reception for up to 150 guests, and five beautifully appointed guest rooms included for two nights.
