Birch Wood Vineyards is an event centre set among the grapevines in Derry, New Hampshire, where one wedding at a time takes exclusive use of the Vineyard Room and the Estate Room for the whole day. Ceremonies take place outdoors in front of the pergola and grape leaf water fountain within the vineyard, or indoors before a large cultured stone fireplace, with an indoor setup that needs only thirty minutes' notice if the weather turns. The venue rental covers a five-hour reception, the Birch Wood planning team, farm board tables, wine barrel cocktail tables, ivory linens and chiavari chairs, glassware and flatware, a dance area and three gas fireplaces. All food and bar come from the house, through the Concord, Niagara and Marquette packages, each of which includes a custom wedding cake, centrepieces and a champagne toast.
