During the May through October season, the ceremony is held on the Sculpture Terrace and the reception is under the Pondside Tent. During November through April, all events move indoors with the ceremony in Dewey Family Hall, cocktail hour in the Third Floor Lobby, and dinner and dancing in the Linde Family Gallery.
