Cog Hill does not provide microphones or music for outdoor ceremonies. Electricity is available at the outdoor ceremony site for a DJ to provide sound. The latest a reception can end is midnight (12:00 am).

If weather requires moving an outdoor ceremony inside, the main room of the clubhouse serves as the weather contingency plan. The ceremony takes place in front of the fireplace with approximately 50 guest seats set up on the dance floor using reception chairs, while remaining guests are seated at their dinner tables. If the decision to move inside is made within six days of the wedding date, the full outdoor ceremony fee of $1,800 applies; if seven or more days prior, only the indoor ceremony fee of $475 applies.
