Taxes & fees: All rates are subject to 11.75% sales tax, a 3% administration fee and a 20% service charge. Each rental block covers a six-hour event with three hours of load in and two hours of load out; additional event hours are $500 each and additional load-in or load-out hours are $250 each. An outside caterer carries a $750 outside vendor fee. Audio/visual production, our state-of-the-art sound system, dedicated Wi-Fi and hard line connections, valet parking and coat check are all available for an additional fee. Full buyouts are quoted separately and non-profit rental discounts are available. A deposit of 50% of the estimated total is due at contract signing, and final bar selection, guest count and payment are due ten days before the event.
