Rengstorff House is Mountain View's oldest house, originally built in 1867 by Henry Rengstorff and fully restored in 1991. One of the finest examples of Victorian Italianate architecture on the West Coast, this 12-room, 3,955-square-foot home features ornate brass chandeliers, Victorian plaster rosettes, Bradbury & Bradbury wallpaper, and Eastlake furniture. Located within Shoreline at Mountain View, a 750-acre wildlife and recreation area, the venue offers gracious indoor parlors that open to brick patios surrounded by manicured lawns and blooming gardens.
