Brass horns may not be used on the property and drum sets are not allowed unless part of an unamplified group of musicians. No amplified music or sounds are allowed outdoors. The city requires that the volume level not exceed 60 decibels during events. Music must end at 9 PM, strictly enforced, with violation resulting in termination of music and forfeiture of the security deposit.
