Vows are exchanged at the garden gazebo against a backdrop of evergreens, or indoors in the Great Hall, where the aisle runs between ceiling-high archways and original paned glass French doors. Cocktails begin on the courtyard's stone patio, and the Ballroom seats 100 for dinner or holds 200 for a standing reception. Three reception packages run $165, $185 and $195 per person, each covering a welcome station, cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres, first course, entrée course, dessert and coffee station, open bar and prosecco toast, plus cake cutting, table linens, a complimentary overnight bridal suite and a menu tasting. The ceremony fee starts at $1,250 and the Ballroom rental is $3,000. Buy out the Ballroom and Epoch Restaurant for $10,000, or the whole inn and all 44 guest rooms for $18,000 off-season or $30,000 in peak season. Food and beverage minimums run $7,500 to $15,000 depending on the date.

Labor is billed separately and carries 8.5% state tax: bartenders $200 each for four hours with one required per 50 guests, chef attendants $150 each for two hours with one required per 75 guests, coat check attendants $150 each, and event staff $100 per hour with a four-hour minimum. A $250 labor fee may apply for significant set-up changes after the room has been set. An after-party from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM is $1,500 plus tax and charges.
