Mayfair Farm rents its party barn, hilltop and grounds as a venue-only wedding weekend, from Friday noon to Sunday noon. The party barn, with its loft space and firepit, is yours exclusively, and the farm cottage, which sleeps 6, comes with the Friday and Saturday nights. Ceremonies take place on the hilltop, and tables and chairs for 100 guests are included; larger groups of up to 200 put a tent on the party barn lawn. You choose your own caterer, bar service and other vendors. The rental runs $6,500 to $13,000 depending on the season and the guest count, plus 8.5% New Hampshire Lodging and Rentals tax.
