City noise ordinance restrictions apply to all events. Outdoor functions may not begin earlier than 9am and must end no later than 10pm. City municipal sound level limits are enforced at all indoor and outdoor events. A sound system with lavaliere mic, mixer, and two speakers is included for ceremonies. A 20 amp circuit for musicians is provided for both ceremony and reception. AVMS Audio Visual is the in-house AV production partner. Outside AV providers are allowed with 60 days notice and a mandatory hotel AV liaison at $90/hour (minimum 5 hours/day).
