A few rooms
A six-room inn can honestly say it has lodging and still leave most of your guests needing a hotel and a ride. Ask how many people can sleep there. The number of guests a venue can hold for the party tells you nothing about beds.
Connecticut lodging guide
Updated
On-site lodging means your guests sleep at the same place you get married, not at a hotel nearby. That could be two rooms for the wedding party, a whole inn, or cabins for most of your guests. Each one comes with different costs and different booking rules.

We've gathered details on 35 Connecticut venues. Pick a starting point and Sage will rank them for your day, with cost estimates wherever the venue publishes its prices.
We only count venues that say they have guest rooms, cabins, or other places to stay on the property. A block of rooms at a nearby hotel doesn't count. If a venue doesn't say, we leave it out rather than guess.
Read the lodging offer carefully
A six-room inn can honestly say it has lodging and still leave most of your guests needing a hotel and a ride. Ask how many people can sleep there. The number of guests a venue can hold for the party tells you nothing about beds.
Some venues require you to book every room, or the whole property, for a minimum number of nights. Ask what that costs in total, who pays for it, and what happens if guests don't fill the rooms.
A retreat can keep most of your guests together and host the rehearsal dinner or next-morning breakfast. Ask which events and hours are included, rather than assuming the property is yours all weekend.

Tell Sage about your day: your guest count, your budget, and anything you can’t compromise on. You’ll get a ranked list of venues, with why each one fits and what to double-check.
Sage the Date reads each venue's own published details, including pricing, catering and alcohol rules, music curfews, rain plans, whether you get the whole property, and how many guests each space holds. Every estimate uses your guest count. When a venue doesn't say, we tell you instead of guessing. Searching is free and doesn't require an account.
Before you book
This page is based on the 35 Connecticutvenues we currently track. A venue is included only when its own published details confirm it has places to stay on the property. If a venue doesn't say, we treat it as unknown. No venue can pay to appear or to rank higher here.
